A street outreach ministry
One of the biggest challenges for a barnyard pastor is ministring to donkeys and mules. They are stubborn, independent creatures who are trained from infancy in the art of debate. Conversions are rare, but if you can turn one, you will have earned no fiercer advocate for the cause.

Donkeys are rightly known for being stubborn. This one resisted my every attempt to minister to him and only allowed this brief touch after a half-hour discussion on the power of faith. I’m pretty sure he reverted to his old ways nearly immediately after we left. Still, we must persevere. Far Enough Farm, Toronto Islands.
