Hands Touching Animals is a compassionate street outreach ministry designed to foster improved human-animal interaction in urban environments. Our day-to-day operations focus mainly on outdoor domestic animals since they are most at risk for needing scratches and hugs, but extends to livestock and fish whenever they may be found. Pastor Lindsay has been operating HTA in an unofficial capacity since birth.
